Objects & Purposes of TESSA
The principle objectives of the Associations program are to:
Improve the quality of claims submitted to the Department of Veterans Affairs at the primary level and assist Practitioners in achieving this objective;
Reduce the rate of appeals to the Veterans' Review Board;
Promote the provision of welfare and advocacy services to Australian and Allied Veterans, dependants and past and present members of the Australian Defence Forces (ADF); and
Other services to the serving, and ex service community and to the wider community as determined by the Board from time to time.
